Stefan Lochner ( Dombild Master 또는 Master Stefan ; c. 1410 – 1451 년 말)는

 1410 년경 독일 남서부의 미 어스 버그에서 태어 났으며 자신의 견습 과정 중 일부를 저지대 에서 

보냈다고 믿고있는 역사 학자 스테판 로크 너 (Stefan Lochner)와 Dombild Master를 연관시키는 

미술 역사 학자 기록에 따르면 그의 경력은 빠르게 발전했지만 조기 사망으로 인해 짧아졌습니다. 

우리는 그가 쾰른 평의회에 의해 1442 년경에 도시의 주요 행사 인 프레드릭 3 세 황제의 방문을위한 장식을 

제공하도록 위임 받았다는 것을 알고 있습니다. 

다음 해의 기록에 따르면 부의 증가와 도시 주변의 많은 부동산 구매가 나타납니다. 

그 후 그는 재정을 과장하여 부채에 빠진 것으로 보인다.

 1451 년에 전염병 이 쾰른을 강타했으며 채권자의 기록과는 별도로

 스테판 로크너 (Stephan Lochner)에 대한 언급은 끝났다. 

그는 그 해에 40 세 정도의 나이로 사망 한 것으로 추정된다.

 로크 너의 정체성과 명성은 19 세기 초 낭만적 인시기에 15 세기 예술이 부활 할 때까지 사라졌다. 

광범위한 역사적 연구에도 불구하고 귀속은 여전히 ​​어렵다. 

수 세기 동안 수많은 관련 작품들이 그룹화되어 콤비 성당 에 남아 있는 Dombild Altarpiece

 (영어 성당 사진 , 도시 수호 성인의 Altarpiece) 에서 가져온 이름이 아닌 Dombild Master에 의해 

느슨하게 평가되었습니다. 

Dürer의 일기 등록 중 하나는 400 년 후 Lochner의 정체성을 20 세기에 확립하는 데 핵심이되었습니다. 

두 번의 저작물 만 날짜가 기입되었으며 서명 된 작품은 없습니다. 

 그의 세대의 북부 예술가들에게 미치는 영향은 상당했다. 

15 세기 후반에 직접 제작 된 많은 사본들 외에도 Rogier van der Weyden 과 Hans Memling의 작품에서 

그의 판넬의 메아리를 볼 수 있습니다. Lochner의 작품은 Friedrich Schlegel 과 Goethe 에 의해 그의 품질,
